_The Establishing and the Eliminating of Centrality
The site is located at Fengjia, Taichung, which is near to places such as Fengjia shopping area and Fuxing park. It is the centre of both commercial activity areas and residential areas, where all kinds of user meet──including residents, businessmen, tourists...etc. These people enter the building from different directions according to their various needs, and are led into the exhibition space at the semi basement. At this time, people are gradually focusing on the interior of the architecture. When people arrive the upper platform by the spiral staircase at the centre, the attention will be drawn to the exterior sights around.
