SOBER PLACE

The straw that is planted in large quantities in Shetou is used as the building material. After harvesting in autumn, the remaining rice stalk concrete is made into straw bricks. The seating area of the restaurant on the second floor is made of tatami, and the matching restaurant is located in the raddy, presenting the rice culture of Shetou in three ways.
The space on the first floor is used as a semi-outdoor activity center, so that the rice field and residents are the closest scale, This allows guests who come here in different seasons to experience the different of rice in the four seasons.
