The site is located on Matsu Island in the Taiwan Strait. Under the influence of the northeasterly monsoon, humans have gathered in the leeward mountain hollows of steep terrain, forming the Jieshou Village. Humans have countered the natural erosion by reclaiming land from the sea, resulting in geological formations different from the original granite, making excavation possible and creating the unique "windless zone. "There are various activities surrounding the base, each with different temporal characteristics. I attempted to transform them into measurable states, combining them with elements of the existing parking lot, including parking space modules and pillar heights. Additionally, I incorporated elements such as pea pears, remnants of the land, and even a timeless soilless cultivation room. These serve as intermediaries between humans and nature, providing a windless space for  the activities of residents and serving as symbolically significant historical recording sites.
