Clustered Housing+Landscape_Osmanthus Garden
The site is on Mount.Dadu,Taichung,surrounded by open fields.In the stage of site analysis, the undulating terrain and the density of plants changed my focus of view,along the main path.Meanwhile,people might have a “looking back” chance due to the combination of large arcs and open fields.
From the site analysis to the design, my Osmanthus Garden allows people to change the focus of view in the path through the arrangement of the landscape, so that the private space can be concealed, and the public space can be highlighted.Simultaneously,they would look back to the unnoticeable landscape through the large arcs.In the end,people would have the experience of constant repetition and review in the scent of osmanthus.
