Synchronicity of Architecture

I like to combine different things into one thing; I like the same thing at different times to be combined into one thing. Is this possible in architecture? I found a deactivated underground pool in a closed community as my site. I wanted to turn this underground pool into a public space for the nearby studios which would be used by different studios over time.To make an architecture have synchronicity, the space is best to be open, or even to eliminate the vertical and the horizontal separation. I placed an arc-shaped double-high space connected to the swimming pool ceiling, where functions, groups, structures, activities and so on can be overlapped. The arc makes the plane three-dimensional. Besides, the overlapped part can be either side of the three-dimensional.
